Weight Loss

In April 2008 I weighed 265 lbs. I was the heaviest I’d ever been. Since then I’ve been dieting, exercising and losing weight. Here you can track my progress with me.

    Well, I've reached sort of a plateau recently. I need to get back to the gym mostly. I try to eat well, mostly by the guidelines from the South Beach Diet. So I try to avoid bad fats and bad carbs. Things like ordering whole grain instead of white and opting for baked instead of fried.

    One thing that had worked for me really well before was eating every three hours. I haven't been doing it lately, but it seemed to help jump start my metabolism before.
