		<description>At my current job we are using a modified version of Mantis but nobody really likes it.  We&#039;re still looking for a better solution.  One possibility that has come up because of other requirements may be SugarCRM.</description>

		<description>I used Mantis years ago, and it was pretty good (not great) at the time. IF you don&#039;t mind perl, there is always Bugzilla. It may be overkill for what you need, but for large groups I&#039;ve found it to work quite well.</description>
